Project Goal

To design a social-cause brand “Sapne” and its responsive website which people can use to donate to the women in need.

We started with a strong problem statement for each of our primary personas.
Then based on those problems, we made hypothesis for solutions that may solve those problems

To test the low-fidelity prototype with real users we planned a usability testing session

Here are the insights we found in usability testing:

  • Users need more information about 80D tax exemption certificate.

  • The payment option is on point.

  • We need to explain the whole process of donation on the website. 

  • A lot of people feel empathy for this cause.
